We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

  • Credit Officers (COs)
  • Branch Managers (BMs)

Location: Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Rivers States

Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and mobilization of clients
  • Credit Administration
  • Assist in successful implementation of poverty alleviation programmes and projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and transactions

Requirements/Skills:

  • OND, NCE, HND/B.Sc.
  • NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate (for HND/B.Sc. only)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skill
  • Must be of demonstrable honesty and integrity specific to financial management.
  • Must be versatile with ability to swing skills
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Microfinance required for Branch Manager position.
