Job Title: Credit Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking for a Credit Officer to manage and support our microfinance groups, ensuring effective credit delivery, savings mobilization, and group development.
- The ideal candidate should have experience working with NGOs/CBOs and strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Job Description
- Ability to manage different groups weekly
- Ensure proper group formation and documentation
- Collect savings and loan repayments
- Monitor credit utilization and track group meetings
- Prepare periodic savings and credit plans for groups
- Address group needs and complaints
- Maintain accurate records and credit officer’s register
- Participate in office meetings and follow up on tasks.
Key Requirements
- Relevant Degree / certification (OND / NCE / HND / BSc)
- Minimum of one year experience in financial/business management
- Should reside within Bauchi State
- Candidates should possess a minimum of Diploma in accounting or Business management
- Age group: between 25-35 years in age
- Experience working with NGOs/CBOs
- Basic digital literacy
- Language proficiency in Hausa and English.
Salary
N20,000 – N30,000 monthly.
