Responsibilities
- The CMO is in charge of creating groups in a branch.
- The CMO is expected to train the group on group lending methodology using the pre-loan training materials for two weeks.
- The CMO will be placed on a target andbe made a Relationship officer only when he/she meets the specified targets.
- The CMO will be directly supervised by the branch manager and a weekly report will be sent to the Area Manager.
Requirements
- A minimum of SSCE qualification will be required.
- 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.
