  • Lead the procurement and/or tender processes for external content creators and producers
  • Actively problem-solving and fire-fighting on production timelines, conflicting priorities, and external factors – ensuring Girl Effect processes are followed and streamlined
  • Work closely with our safeguarding team to ensure safeguarding measures and youth participation efforts are integrated into the production process and/or the product campaign
  • Work closely with the Marketing (Audience Acquisition) team to ensure we meaningfully reach and grow our audiences.
  • Ensure timeline management of the entire production process is done in a way that all stakeholders are sighted, and that pressure on delivery is minimized.
  • Working closely with the global Create team and technical experts to evolve the content offerings to ensure they are delivering on key annual strategic goals and funder objectives. Key stakeholders include those working in Social & Behaviour Change Communication, Gender, Youth Participation, and Safeguarding.
