Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment of warehouse and logistics staff
- Manage personnel files and ensure HR compliance
- Support performance appraisal processes and staff welfare
- Coordinate HR-related trainings for warehouse staff
- Handle staff grievances and disciplinary matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years\’ experience in HR, preferably in NGO or humanitarian settings
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
