Synthetic description of the position
- Conduct the examination of visa application files, under the authority of the head of diplomatic mission/consular post, the head of chancery and the head of visa department.
Main activities
- Apply and monitor the proper use of visa regulations ;
- Carry out the verification, training and decision-making on the files of visa applications ;
- Participate in the daily monitoring and control of the activity of the service provider, if applicable ;
- Information for the head of visa department ;
- Participation in reflections on improving the quality of services rendered ;
- Participation in the training and supervision of individual contractors.
Diplomas or professional experience recommended to perform the duties
- Visa training and experience
