About the Funding Opportunity
Education is the key to unlocking economic opportunity and providing students with the tools they need to succeed in the workforce. However, turning a college degree into a rewarding career requires more than just academic knowledge – it also requires professional skills, work experience, and the right networks. This funding opportunity is designed to help U.S.-based organizations create pathways from higher education to in-demand jobs, bridging the gap between academic achievement and career success.
We are seeking partners who share the mission of developing innovative programs that not only help students gain industry-relevant skills but also align with the needs of today’s workforce.
What the Funding Supports
The funding is intended for collaborative efforts that work toward creating clear pathways from college to careers. Potential activities that can be funded include:
- Piloting new programming that connects students to in-demand jobs.
- Scaling up proven approaches that already demonstrate success in preparing students for careers.
- Building partnerships between higher education institutions, employers, and workforce development organizations to better align curriculum and skills with industry needs.
We aim to fund nonprofit and for-profit organizations in the U.S. that are focused on helping students transition smoothly from community colleges or universities into quality employment opportunities.
