Job Summary
- The Manager will lead the commercial growth, customer experience, programme delivery and strategic positioning of TechQuest’s Lekki Hub, including its STEM training programmes, talent-development initiatives (such as Bridge2Work) and placement outcomes.
- The role is responsible for generating revenue, increasing physical foot traffic, securing institutional partnerships, growing TechQuest’s training and talent-placement programmes, and establishing recurring activities that position the Hub as a leading destination for technology training, workforce development, events and professional communities.
- A core strategic objective of this role is to establish TechQuest Hub as the No. 1 talent development hub in the Lekki axis, the clear first choice for STEM training, technology upskilling and talent placement in the corridor, ahead of other training providers and coworking/innovation spaces operating in the same market.
- This is a hands-on commercial leadership role. The Manager must identify opportunities, approach prospects, prepare proposals, negotiate within approved commercial parameters, close transactions and ensure that payments are collected.
- The Manager is responsible for the overall customer experience at the Hub but is not responsible for facilities operations, building maintenance or vendor management.
Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 / month.
