Job Description
What you will do in this role:
- Support facility-level implementation of integrated HIV, TB, Malaria, and MNCH service delivery activities under the Enhanced Site Mechanism (ESM).
- Provide direct support to health facility staff in delivering client-centered, differentiated service delivery.
- Support patient tracking, follow-up, and linkage to care and treatment services at the site level.
- Assist in maintaining accurate patient records and facility-level data documentation.
- Support facility teams in implementing SOPs and quality improvement processes for integrated services.
- Participate in facility-level review meetings and support data validation exercises.
- Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.
Minimum Recruitment Standard
Qualifications and experience we look for
- A First Degree in Nursing, Community Health, Public Health, or a related field.
- At least one (1) year of experience in health service delivery support, preferably at facility level.
- Basic knowledge of HIV, TB, Malaria, and MNCH service delivery.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work at assigned health facility sites.
