Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Lagos
Overview
- The CEO will provide overall leadership and strategic direction for The Foundation. This role will involve aligning with the Board to implement the organization’s vision, mission, and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement The Foundation’s strategic plan.
- Oversee The Foundation’s financial performance and resource allocation.
- Build strong relationships with the donor, Board, partners, and stakeholders.
- Serve as the public face of The Foundation.
- Lead and inspire The Foundation’s team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Policy).
- Extensive experience in leadership roles.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of fund and other resource management.
- Familiarity with corporate governance requirements and prevailing laws within the Nigerian jurisdiction.
