WHAT WE DO …
INTERNATIONAL SOLIDARITY(SI) is an association of’international humanitarian aid which, for more than 40 years, has been providing relief to populations affected by armed conflicts and natural disasters by responding to vital needs, drinking, eating, eating, eating, S’abriter. Particularly engaged in the fight against diseases related to unhealthy’, the leading cause of death in the world, SI implements through its interventions an expertise in the field of’access to drinking’water,’sanitation and the promotion of hygiene but also in that, essential, food security and means of’. Present in about twenty countries, SI – 2000 teams in total composed of’expatriates, national staffs, permanent staff at headquarters, some volunteers…intervene with professionalism and commitment in respect of cultures.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Within the development and communication department and under the supervision of the head of the fund-raising department, the mission of the multichannel fundraising officer or officer is to implement the fundraising activities in order to allow the’association to continue its growth on its private fundraising.
He/she works in the development and communication department, composed of the communication department and the fundraising department.
Placed under the supervision of the/the person in charge of the collection service and accompanied(e) by’an assistant(e), he/she manages the operational follow-up of the off-line campaigns & takes part in the elaboration of the fund-raising strategy of the’association which aims to continue the growth of the number of private donors of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL and to maintain their solid level of loyalty.
Its role is to ensure the smooth running of the marketing development plan of the’association and the donor cycle: recruitment, consolidation, loyalty, reactivation of donors.
He/she manages paper mailings (excluding newspapers) for loyalty and prospecting and that of street and door-to-door collection missions (Face to face). He/she works closely with the second multichannel collection officer.
He/she is in constant contact with the’agence marketing which accompanies SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL and the different providers face to face.
He/she works in collaboration with members of the communications department, and in direct contact with those of the operations management teams, at headquarters and in the field, and, to design the’s call for donations messages.
In the event of a humanitarian emergency, he/she mobilizes as quickly and effectively as possible all its know-how to mobilize the maximum financial resources for the benefit of the affected populations.
MAIN TASKS
- Ensures consistency between the programming and campaigns of’call for donations of which he/she is in charge
- Follows the monthly reporting of the fundraiser with the’toutil d’analysis of PowerBi data, the’agence conseil en marketing direct and the data analyst
- Is force of proposal on the themes developed in the mailings of’calles to donations
- In conjunction with the’analyst data, supervises the follow-up of the extractions of the mailings paper loyalty
- S’ ensures that the Media File Plan proposed by the’agence meets the objectives of donor recruitment
- S’assures the proper implementation of campaigns: respect of the schedule, revision of texts, composition of the message…
- Collects information on humanitarian programs and briefs the’agence
- Follows the good implementation of face-to-face campaigns including planning, training, compliance with volumes, the speech of donor recruiters, town hall authorizations, etc, the equipment of the teams (clothing..)., welcome elements of providers
- Follows the KPIs: average donation, average age, attrition, using the’PowerBI data analysis tool as well as the external dashboards of face-to-face agencies
- Is force of proposal as for the’improvement of KPIs and the’optimization of campaigns allowing among others a better retention of donors
- Ensures a watch on the on and off-line supports of other actors in the sector, on fundraising campaigns and communication campaigns
- Co-manage l’assistant.e of the service with the second multichannel collection officer
YOUR PROFILE
- Training : Bac + 5 Business school or university marketing specialization
- Experience: 2 years minimum, including at least one experience in the associative sector.
- Excellent editorial, capacity of synthesis and structuring of’information.
- Knowledge of International Solidarity and the humanitarian environment.
- Ability to communicate with ease, sense of relationships, autonomy, ability to take initiatives, team spirit and ability to work in project mode.
- Mastering English is a plus
IF YOU WILL OFFER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
- Post based at the headquarters of Solidarités International, in Clichy la Garenne ( Clichy Metro Town Hall )
- CDI, framework status
- Monthly gross remuneration of: 3,183 € or 3,316 € according to grid in force at the SI headquarters and professional experiences of candidates
- Post eligible for telework according to the current Telework Charter
- Leave: 2.0833 CP / month and 1 day of RTT / full month of work
- Mutual ( 80% ), restaurant tickets ( 60% ), transport tickets ( 50% ) supported by the association
