Community Development and Reproductive Health Initiative (CODERHI), formerly Reproductive Health Concern Initiative [REHCI] was established in October 1999 in Maiduguri, Nigeria. It is a non-political, non-religious, non-partisan and non-profit making organization with its office located in Maiduguri. The services of the organization are collaborative, supportive and voluntary.
INTRODUCTION
CODERHI invites interested and qualified vendors to register with our organization. We are seeking reliable and competent vendors to provide goods and services to support our operations. This registration process will enable us to build a database of potential vendors for future procurement opportunities.
We are particularly interested in vendors who can offer:
- Car Hire Services
- Catering Services
- IT services
- General supplies
- IEC materials (customized jotters, Banners, Stickers etc.)
- Engagement of multi-skilled actors and content creators for jingles and drama-based awareness campaigns.
- Canopy and chair rental
- PA equipment/DJ services
- Hotel services within Biu and Gombe State
However, we also welcome registrations from vendors who offer other services that may be of value to our organization.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for registration, vendors must:
- Be a legally registered business entity
- Have a valid business license and Tax Identification Number
- Comply with CODERHI’s policies and procedures

REGISTRATION PROCESS
To register, vendors must submit the following documents in one pdf file:
- Completed Vendor Information Sheet
- Signed copy of CODERHI Supplier Code of Conduct
- Business license and Tax Clearance Certificate
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Proof of business address
- Other documents pertaining to the vendor’s business
