Thematic Studies for EU Support to Social Safety Net (SOSAN) Project in Kebbi State in partnership with Oxfam, ASHWAN and JDF. The purpose of this assignment is to conduct a comprehensive thematic study will inform evidence-based project planning while, contributing to planning information much needed by the state and other development and humanitarian stakeholders in the state. The studies will cover 4 thematics: 1) Climate change, water security and green jobs, 2) Agriculture (crop, livestock, fishing), 3) Health and nutrition, and 4) Income generating activities (IGAs), livelihoods and financial inclusion, and social protection
