BACKGROUND
Child Protection and Peer Learning Initiative (CPPLI) is a human-centered social development not-for-profit, non-partisan, non-sectarian National Non-Governmental Organization (NNGO) that was established and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in July, 2010 with the soul aim of ensuring that less privilege and vulnerable children (especially girls) and women as well as populations affected by humanitarian emergencies have access and attain a quality life and education through building sustainable partnership with government agencies, UN-agencies, private for-profit firms, communities, philanthropists, individuals and other stakeholders in obtaining mechanisms and resources to achieve its aim and focus. The organization thematically focuses on Protection, Health, Nutrition, Education and Governance. Being a national and local organization, CPPLI is geographically operating in the Northeast Nigeria with tremendous technical expertise of working in Borno, Adamawa and Yobe (BAY) states due to its well understanding of the cultural dynamics and change in context of the communities in the BAY states.
PURPOSE
CPPLI would like to invite qualified Vendors registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to submit their profiles for inclusion into the CPPLI Vendors’ Data Base. Vendors with experience working with other organizations and have made the requirements for the needed services are encouraged to apply.
CPPLI NEEDS CAPABLE VENDORS FOR THE FOLLOWING SERVICES
- Supply of food substance (breakfast, lunch, evening tea break)
- Registered Bureau De Change (BDC) vendor with CBN license
- Supply of light refreshments (soft drinks, biscuits, snacks etc)
- Car hire services
- Tricycle (Keke Napep) hire for local transportation within project locations
- Generator fueling and maintenance
- Office Stationeries
- Office consumables
- Call card and data subscription for different network such as MTN, AIRTEL and GLO etc.
- Hall rent services during trainings
- Design and printing materials
- Welding and metal construction services
- Supply of hygiene materials
- Supply of Non-Food Items
- ICT materials (laptops, android phones, tablets, printers etc)
- Hotels to provide accommodation, hall hire, refreshments etc during training, workshop and other events
- General merchants
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- CAC certificate
- Tax identification number
- Profile
- Bank account number bearing the name of the company
- Evidence of previous purchase(s)
- Physical office address
- Contact information and focal person.
- Must have well design letter headed paper with the description of services offered by the company, office address, contact number and well written name of the company on it.
- Must have an invoice with clear name of the company and descriptions of the business
- A minimum of 1 year experience working with another organization.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
