Subject: CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SUPPLY OF WATER POINTS REHABILITATION ITEMS TO GREENCODE DIKWA LGA, BORNO STATE.

Call for Expression of Interest for the Supply of Water Points Rehabilitation Items (Dikwa LGA, Borno State) Green Concern for Development (GREENCODE), a registered Nigerian NGO (non-profit) organization working on social justice and humanitarian response in Nigeria’s southern and northern regions, is calling for Expression of Interest to tender/bid for the under-listed services.

1). Expression of Interest for the supply of Water Points Rehabilitation Items.

Method of Application

Interested vendors should first submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) and

       NOTE: Quote the item you are Expressing Interest in the Subject column of your Email.

All EOIs must be sent to GREENCODE via email ([email protected]) on or before 29^th May 2025 and must be addressed to;

                     NOTE:

1. Insert the service in the subject box of your email when submitting your application. Do that for each service you are applying for if you are applying for more than one service.
2. It is not compulsory that a service provider MUST express interest in all the services at once, ONLY bid for the service you can render.
3. Interested service providers are allowed to submit a call for Interest for one or two Lots in separate documents.
4. Any application that does not follow these instructions, especially the title in your subject column will not be responded to or considered for short-listing.
5. It is compulsory that bidders know before expressing interest that the company must meet the following:

1. Valid Business Registration
   1. Business profile
   1. Valid SCUMUL certificates.
   1. Valid Tax Clarence
   1. Supplier/vendors should have experience in the Water Point Rehabilitation and any other related supply for at least 2 years.  
   1. Names and contact numbers of at least two recent clients.
   1. Experience working in Borno state is an advantage
   1. Capacity to pre-finance (bank statement)
