CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST AT JUSTICE DEVELOPMENT AND PEACE COMMISSION

VENDORS PRE-QUALIFICATION

We invite both new and existing organizations/vendors to submit their expression of interest.

JDPC-001: Air Travel agency services- Booking of airline tickets, tickets reservation and airport transfers

JDPC-002: Supply of Generators and accessories and provision of Generator maintenance and repair services

JDPC-003: Provision of Cleaning and Fumigation Services

JDPC-004: Stationery and Office Supplies, and Furniture (chairs, metal cabinets …)

JDPC-005: Supply of fuel and lubricants for motor vehicles and motorbikes.

JDPC-006: Provision of private Security and Guarding Services (Access Control, CCTV)

JDPC-007: Fire Safety Maintenance Service (fire extinguishers, manual alarm triggers, sirens, etc.)

JDPC-008: Computer equipment and consumables & Printing services e.g. educational materials, T-shirts etc.

JDPC-009: Supply of water fountain and weekly delivery of office mineral water bottles

JDPC-010: Rental of all types of vehicles &Provision of Ground/Road Transportation Services

JDPC-011: Hotels (Accommodation, catering, meeting rooms and miscellaneous equipment)

JDPC-012: Printing, photocopying, and silk-screening services

JDPC-013: Supply of medicines & Supply of medical supplies and equipment

JDPC-014: Provision of Freight, customs clearance and forwarding/transit services.

JDPC-015: Supply of communication supplies; VHF Radios, Thuraya’s, Satellite phones, Telephones, tablets etc.

JDPC-016 Maintenance and repair of office and residential air conditioners, Supply of Solar system, equipment and accessories & IT services (Internet, Information system audit, ERP support etc.…)

JDPC-017: Consultancy

JDPC-018: Audit firms (statutory audits, contractual audits, project audits, investigations, evaluation, etc.).

JDPC-019: Insurance Companies, Motor Insurance etc….)

JDPC-020: Construction services (Buildings, Public Works) & Supply of General Hardware and Construction materials.

JDPC-021: Supply of vehicle parts and provision of vehicle maintenance and repair services.

JDPC-022: Cleaning products (bleach, floor cleaner…), cleaning materials (broom, squeegee, mop, gloves…) and hygiene materials (toilet paper, liquid hand soap, paper towel rolls, handkerchief dispensers….).

JDPC-023: supply of Non-Food Items (NFIs)

Note:

Service Providers with physical presence in Adamawa and Borno State highly are encouraged to apply.

Certificate of incorporation of business with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and National Association of Nigeria Travel Agents (NANTA).
IATA certificate

Evidence of being a Category A travel agency.
Evidence of similar services provided.
Copy of active Tax Identification Number (TIN)
Copy of Tax registration certificate
Duly completed questionnaires form (stamped). (Annexed)
