ABOUT COCOSOHDI COMMUNAL CONSERVATION FRIENDLY, HEALTH AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
INITIATIVE (COCOSOHDI) Came into being in the year 2016 as a non-profit, non-aligned, and non-governmental organization with the sole aim of creating awareness and helping communities in Northeast Nigeria recover from violent insurgency and improve their lives sustainably through locally-managed, peace, health, education and Environmental programs. It’s an organization formed to inspire, organize and unite the people with interest in Community Development agenda hinging on the following thematic areas focusing Environment, Education, Health, Protection and peace building.
DETAILS OF INVITATION
COCOSOHDI invites all prospective suppliers and service providers (Including current COCOSOHDI suppliers) to apply for registration in COCOSOHDI’s Damaturu office. This is to enable them get registered and uploaded in COCOSOHDI`s procurement/suppliers Database. This is in line with COCOSOHDI procurement principles of Transparency, Equal Opportunity and competitive supply. The purpose of the Database is to give all prospective supplier an equal opportunity to submit quotations to COCOSOHDI and to enhance transparency and equity in the procurement processes.
Objectives of this Invitation:
- To pre-qualify and select new suppliers for the forthcoming purchase requirements
- To early identify and verify vendors office, shop or warehouse
- To enter into framework agreement /contract for strategic goods and services and select new suppliers for purchase requirements.
COCOSOHDI will require contracts/services from the following fields/categories; –
CATEGORY A: CONSTRUCTION
- Construction or Rehabilitation of Temporary Learning Center TLCs
- Construction or rehabilitation of Classroom furniture
- Construction of VIP Latrine, Water Point, and Handwashing Station.
CATEGORY B: STATIONARIES/BOOKSHOP SERVICES
- A4 Papers
- ARCH Files
- General Offices Stationaries
- Printing
- Supply of School Play Base/ Child Recreational Material. • Scholastic/Instructional Materials
- Etc.
CATEGORY C: CATERING AND RESTAURANT/LOGISTICS SERVICES
- Provision of Tea Break and Lunch at training venues
- Hotel Accommodations
- Care Hire
Method of Application:
Application for expression of interest should be sealed in an envelope, addressed and clearly marked as follows:
Suppliers Registration Application
Documents required for submission attached to the application forms are as follows:
- Photocopy of Company Registration Certificate (CAC).
- Prove of Business ownership
- Companies Profile
- Photocopy of recent valid tax clearance certificate
- Certificate of Tax Identification
- Proof of banking (Company Account details)
- Affidavit confirming disability (person with disability)
- Evidence of supply to other agencies or NGO
- Clear physical shop/company address with email and phone number.
The application is open for the period of one week starting from 30th December, 2021 to 6th January 2022. Interested suppliers and service providers are requested to submit their application at COCOSOHDI’s office at No. 2 Bukar Abba Ibrahim Way, Opposite Eco/Unity Bank Plc, Maiduguri Road Damaturu, Yobe State or send via email at [email protected].
