Job Summary
- Are you an expert in audio and sound engineering? We’re looking for a talented individual to manage and enhance the sound experience for both our physical services and online broadcasts.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating audio equipment for services and events
- Mixing and balancing sound levels for clarity and consistency
- Managing live streaming and broadcast operations for online audiences
- Setup Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with the sound system and broadcast
- Coordinating with musicians, worship leaders, and the media team for optimal sound and visual integration
- Training volunteers and team members on sound system and broadcast operation
Requirements
- An education qualification in audio engineering or related discipline.
- Proficiency in operating digital and analog mixing consoles, sound systems, and streaming equipment (e.g., Behringer, Allen & Heath, Yamaha, OBS Studio, Wirecast etc.).
- Proven experience in live sound engineering and broadcasting
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure
- Experience in operating and maintaining broadcast equipment
- 3-5 years proven working experience as an Audio Engineer
