The management of Model Touch Library requires the services of suitable candidates to join its network and make valuable contribution to the modern tides, progress, and expansion of the network in the capacity below:
1.) Academic Research Assistant (eData, graphics & Cybersecurity)
2.) Academic Research Assistant (Manuscript forecast, Data Modelling & Analysis)
Location: Nigeria with readiness to travel to any countries in Africa.
Engagement: Full Time
Duration: Fixed for 5 years and renewable subject to successful performance during probation.
Probation: 12 months. No annual leave until after probation period.
Job Description
As appropriate to the specified position:
- Develop and design eBooks, design website, upload and update technical and scientific profiles.
- Digital Marketing and development
- Code and verify data in accordance with specified research protocol.
- Travel to field sites to collect data and/or samples as appropriate.
- Manipulate data into a computer database and/or spreadsheet application.
- Conduct literature reviews and analyse data.
- Prepare materials for submission to granting agencies and foundations.
- Recruit and/or interview subjects
- Carry out graphic work and designs for educational research.
- Carry out designs for all manuscripts meant for publication.
- Prepare computer presentations and paperwork for meetings when necessary.
- Actively involved in compilation and presentation of books for proofreading
- Prepare findings for publication and assist in laboratory analysis, quality control, or data management.
- Write and contribute to publications.
- Assist with preparation of all educational and training workshops and evaluation strategies.
- Market training publication to schools, institutions and media organizations
- Develop assessment and evaluation tools.
Requirements
- A Master’s Degree or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or Statistics from a recognised institution
- An intelligent or proven sound holder of a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any of the above areas with a lot of cognate experience can also be considered.
- Possession of a valid international passport and driver’s licence.
- Top and expertise skills in eBook development, website development, communication, attention to detail, critical thinking, statistical and graphical analysis of data, and digital marketing.
Remuneration and Benefits
- N350,000 – N500,000 / Month (depending on experience and qualification)
- Accommodation and Travel Allowances.
