Mission :

Within a department consisting of three branches under the responsibility of the Department Manager (RDD), you will occupy a central position. Under the supervision of the Head of Contracts Department and Reporting, you will lead a team of two people and will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships (75%) while ensuring effective grant management (25%).
Specifically, your role will be to :
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and institutional partners, focusing in particular on administrative aspects (monitoring of contracts and payments), and, as well as operational aspects (coordination of activities in the field, implementation of a capacity-building plan)
Implement and monitor the partnership approach between ACF and its partners
Define and implement a mutual process of knowledge transfer and capacity building with project partners
Support and support the search for funding and the drafting of project proposals
Organize the production and follow-up of documents for donors and internal monitoring documents

Profile :

You have a higher degree in project management, organizations or partnerships, or any other relevant field, or demonstrated work experience in a similar position.
You have a successful professional experience in the management of donor contracts through headquarters or field missions.
You know the procedures and strategies of donors (ECHO, AIDS, INTPA, BHA, etc.). You have knowledge in project cycle management and in the drafting of project proposals and reports.
You have successfully developed, implemented and managed partnerships, as well as collaboration and knowledge sharing. You have skills in training local partners and / or ease in hosting training sessions.
You are able to work in a team and manage and coordinate teams effectively while monitoring performance.
You have very good skills in stress management and emotional intelligence, as well as in complexity management.
You are a good communicant and know how to listen, with a sense of diplomacy, relational qualities and adaptability.
You master English in writing and oral and you have a good writing and synthesis ability.

Employment conditions
Fixed-term contract of use under French law: 12 months until 30/04/2025
Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2475 euros depending on experience
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 536euros net, paid on the ground
Monthly context allowance: 300euros
Child allowance: 1500euros per year per child present in the country of origin with ceiling
Transport and housing : Travel management and collective housing
Medical coverage: 100% of the coverage of health contributions and repatriation insurance
Devices for maintaining wages
Leave and RnR : 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; support of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break area, and 215euros of lump sum compensation by RnR
