Role Description
- This is a volunteer remote role for a Human Resources Manager at Women Reform Organization.
- The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
- They will also oversee volunteer performance evaluations, training programs, and conflict resolution.
- Additionally, the Human Resources Manager will collaborate with the leadership team to develop HR strategies that align with the organization’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Relevant Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Recruitment, Onboarding, and Retention skills
- Performance Evaluation and Training skills
- Conflict Resolution and Mediation skills
- Human Resources Management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Passion for women’s empowerment and social impact
- Previous experience in volunteer management is a plus.
