Job Summary:
The Admin volunteer is responsible for overseeing Admin functions, maintaining administrative systems, and ensuring compliance with organizations policies and regulations. This role requires a blend of Admin expertise and strong administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Identify training needs, plan training sessions, and support employee development programs.
- Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are communicated, understood, and adhered to by all employees.
- Assist in the performance appraisal process, including setting objectives and conducting performance reviews.
- Prepare Admin reports, including turnover rates, headcount, and other relevant metrics for management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, maintenance, and facilities management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for employees and visitors.

Required Qualification
Experience and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in administration, with a strong understanding of admin best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and admin software systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to work effectively with employees at all levels.
