Job Brief
- Acting as receptionist at the front desk
- Handling official correspondence
- Supporting the team with clerical services.
- Ensuring daily staff register is properly filled.
- Running errands for office needs.
- Supporting Procurement Manager.
Position Summary
Office Management:
- Supports project team on official errands, distribution of letters etc.
- Assists with office events, meetings, tracking of deadlines etc.
- Assists to monitor the generator fuel consumption and servicing with the office manager’s supervision.
- Supports in raising purchase requests as assigned.
- Ensures efficient consumption of papers, and water, and energy in the office.
- Organises the office storeroom, records and updates the office stock tally card (Stock in & stock out) with regular updates to supervisor.
- Supervises work done by the cleaners.
- Undertakes timely and regular reporting of all office needs and or equipment faults to supervisor.
- Supports the timely provision and delivery of logistics services as needed.
- Supports in preparing meeting and workshop information materials.
- Assists to maintain usage of IT equipment and electronics in the office.
- Collates and submits weekly activity reports from unit heads.
- Supports in undertaking inventory/asset count on quarterly basis or as required, asset label checks on a weekly basis and regular check of positions of all office assets.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as may be directed.

Supervision:

Education & Experience
- Graduate Degree in Social sciences or Arts with one year experience or Senior Secondary School Certificate with ample experience of not less than 5 years.
Qualifications:

- Ability to speak good English fluently.
Working Conditions, Travel and Environment:
- The duties of the job require regular attendance of at least 5 days/week.
