Responsibilities
- Design and implement monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks
- Track program progress, outputs, and outcomes against set indicators
- Collect, analyze, and manage qualitative and quantitative data
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and learning briefs for stakeholders
- Support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with data collection tools and reporting
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of development programs and impact measurement.
