About Hallmark Leadership Initiative (HALI)
Hallmark Leadership Initiative (HALI) is a registered non-governmental and non-profit civil society organization based in Maiduguri, Borno State. Committed to mitigating the challenges faced by marginalized and vulnerable populations, HALI operates in response to the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Northeastern Nigeria caused by the Boko Haram insurgency and subsequent food security crisis.

Overview
- The Logistics and Procurement Officer ensures timely, cost‑effective, and compliant procurement and logistics support for project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- The role manages supplier sourcing, purchasing, contract management, transportation, warehousing, inventory, distribution, and asset management while ensuring compliance with organizational and donor policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with experience in procurement and logistics operations.
