Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day research activities, including literature reviews, data consolidation, and documentation of digital health implementation models.
  • Contribute to research briefs, case studies, learning notes, and technical summaries.
  • Assist Digital Health Fellows in designing and executing research projects, including background preparation, data collection support, and review of draft outputs.
  • Organize learning sessions, workshops, and technical seminars, including logistics, materials preparation, and synthesis of lessons learned.
  • Document program processes, capturing insights from system design, field testing, analytics, and cross-state learning.
  • Draft sections of reports, briefs, and presentations aligned with program objectives and donor expectations.
  • Support monitoring and evaluation activities by tracking Fellow outputs, updating dashboards, and organizing evidence of learning achievements.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Digital Health, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in research, program documentation, or digital health evaluation.
