UNOPS works with a range of partners, including UN agencies, governments, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and the private sector. Some of UNOPS’ key partners include:
- United Nations: UNOPS works closely with other UN agencies to implement sustainable development and humanitarian initiatives around the world. UNOPS has formal partnerships with several UN entities, including the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and the World Health Organization (WHO).
- Governments: UNOPS partners with national and local governments to support the implementation of development projects and initiatives. UNOPS works with governments in areas such as infrastructure development, procurement, and project management, and provides technical assistance and capacity-building support.
- Non-governmental organizations: UNOPS partners with NGOs to implement humanitarian and development projects in a range of areas, including health, education, and infrastructure development. UNOPS works with local and international NGOs to provide technical assistance, project management, and procurement support. Some examples are World Bank, United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC).

UNOPS works with private sector companies to provide infrastructure services, develop public-private partnerships, and support corporate social responsibility initiatives.
