DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with a team to Conduct skin camps in communities once monthly
- Conduct individual active case finding for skin NTDs 7 times monthly.
- Collect samples and send same for processing.
- Help in patient management including wound care and linkage to care
- Obtain good photographs of skin problems identified and send via WhatsApp
- Complete recording and reporting documents accurately and timely.
- Timely and accurate retirement of any disbursed funds
- Report findings digitally using WhatsApp and CommCare App.
- Other duties as may be assigned by the organization
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: The candidates to be considered must:
- Be resident within any of the listed LGAs.
- Know the locations (communities) very well and can speak the local language.
- Must have a smartphone (usable for WhatsApp, and CommCare etc.) and be able to use it.
- Have good coordination skills, understand teamwork and able to conduct community campaigns.
- Be (preferably) young persons who are not formally employed.
- Having a good degree/qualification from a tertiary institution will be an added advantage.
- Able to read and write accurately.
- Suitably qualified healthcare workers (Nurses, CHEWs, etc.), females and persons with disability are encouraged to apply.
- Access to/ownership of a private bicycle or automobile could be an add advantage.
