Directly attached to· to the Administrative and Financial Director, the ∙la Controller· of management will ensure the following responsibilities :

Budget and financial management :

  • Participates in the consolidation, revision and monitoring of the annual budget
  • Provides monthly analytical reporting for Plan International France and for the headquarters in London (in English) : monthly situation, budget, forecast, transfers
  • Manages the framing of tax receipts at the end of the period between accounting and CRM as well as the declaration to’administration
  • Manages and manages the management fees from public donors, collection and sponsorships by ensuring the link between CRM and accounting, individual collection and financial compliance ;
  • Manages field transfers sponsorship and programs: preparation, sending and monitoring of field transfers, information to beneficiaries
  • Ensures the follow-up of BIFES projects : recovery and registration of contractual documents and receipt of funds, updating of monitoring tables and communication of’ accounting record between Plan International and local offices, etc, import integration in SAGE and CRM
  • Participates in the development of new tools for analytical monitoring of’aide to the decision
  • Participates in the preparation of annual accounts up to’ the balance sheet, including annexes and’s account of resources specific to Foundations

Audit and internal control :

  • Creation Service Audit in support of the’ Compliance Finance team of Plan International France: development of’tools, procedures and processes to improve the quality of the financial management of projects.
  • Updating existing management control procedures
  • Development of new procedures where appropriate
  • Support for risk mapping

Ensures the back up of’ processes registration of payments related to the generosity of the public in case of’absence within the’finance team.

The profile we are looking for :

You have a higher education of type BAC+4/5 or business school or university of management.

You have two years of minimum experience’ in the field including ideally an experience in the associative sector.

Technical skills :

  • Very good mastery of’Excel
  • Know how to analyze financial documents (in particular budgetary follow-ups)
  • Experience in project management’audits (2 or 3 years)
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Know how to create tools and procedures
  • Business Intelligence Software (SAGE BI)
  • Languages: french, english (very good professional level)
  • Knowledge of SAGE 100 would be a plus
  • Knowledge about the collection/sponsoring part would be a plus

Status framework package day – Remuneration according to profile ;

10 Days of telework per month, RTT days, Restaurant card 10,83€ /day worked, including 60% employer financing, 50% reimbursement on transport costs and bike mileage allowance.
