Responsibilities:
- Setting up systems and configuration with some light customization.
- Ensuring product quality through manual and automated tests, bug reporting, and regression testing.
- Creating training materials, onboarding resources, and client/user training guides.
Requirements:
- Technical configuration (low-code tools CMS setup) light HTML/C# customization.
- REST APIs
- Test planning automated testing frameworks (e.g.Selenium Cypress) instructional design.
- Platform setup basic configuration, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- At least 5 years of tangible and demonstrable work experience
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
