Rolan Foundation is a not-for-profit organization established with a mandate to create a realistic, effective, and impactful difference in the lives of vulnerable and less-privileged persons living in urban, rural, and hard-to-reach communities in Nigeria. We achieve this through three-pronged approaches: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Capacity Development, and Welfare.

Job Title: Social Media Officer (Female)
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description
- The applicant must be a female who must be able to develop and implement a localized social media strategy for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube; engage online communities by responding to comments, messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner; create and schedule multimedia content tailored to Nigerian audiences, reflecting current trends and cultural contexts.
- The applicant must be able to write engaging contents for newsletters, blog posts, websites updates and press releases; create compelling stories that showcase the impact of Rolan Foundation’s initiatives on communities and individuals; draft captivating scripts for promotional videos and online campaigns.
- The applicant must be able to independently use tools like canva to create visuals, infographics and short video contents; edit video contents and properly use camera for video shoots; ensure that all visuals are culturally relevant and aligned with the Foundation’s brand guidelines.
- The candidate must reside in Ibadan.
