Job Title: Short-term Consultant – Strategic Plan Development
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Contract
Duration of Assignment: The assignment is to be completed within One (1) month from the date of the official signing of the contract
Job Description
- Facilitate the development of 5-10 years strategic plan for the organization
- Provide guidance on writing organizational measurable objectives in line with the team and organizations visions
- The consultant will be expected to work in collaboration with the WEWE management.
Qualifications
A successful candidate will have the following expertise and experience:
- Understanding of strategic plan development
- Graduate or Postgraduate Degree in any discipline, although Business Management and Administration, Economics or Finance will be advantage and a Master’s Degree is preferable.
- Five to Ten years of experience in conducting strategic plan development
- Experience working with international NGOs, local civil society organizations, bilateral and multilateral donors in a multi-cultural, politically sensitive environment is an advantage.
- Experience in a technically oriented customer service organization
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly motivated and committed to the values of transparency and integrity.
