his is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to join our resource development team to help grow our institutional grant funding portfolio. You will be responsible for coordinating institutional grant funding at a global level, working closely with regional and country teams to identify new funding opportunities and to strengthen project design and bid development systems and processes.
We are looking for someone adept at coordinating bid development processes, with a proven track record in securing seven-figure grant funding. You should bring a strong understanding of working with peacebuilding multilateral and bilateral institutions with a specialism in the UN, EU, FCDO, USAID, and/or other European government funders, and an ability to provide flexible fundraising support and guidance to colleagues in different country contexts.
In return you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and creative team, working across programmes and technical teams to secure new funding and improve our approaches to institutional grant fundraising.
