Leprosy and TB Relief Initiative Nigeria (LTR) officially registered with Corporate Affairs Commission as an indigenous non-profit NGO in March 2018. Before then, the organization was a country office of the International Non-Governmental Organization called the Netherlands Leprosy Relief (NLR). Since the last decades of 20th century, NLR has been supporting leprosy and TB control activities of the State Ministries of Health in 13 States in the North Central, North West and North East of Nigeria through the State Tuberculosis and Leprosy Control Offices and 10 leprosy referral hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct facility-based TB screening activities
- Identify and refer presumptive TB clients
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Support achievement of programme targets
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate referral and linkage systems for TB patients
- Support health facilities and community volunteers
- Monitor treatment initiation and continuity of care
- Strengthen community–facility collaboration
- Support data reporting and stakeholder engagement
Minimum Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Willingness to work in rural and hard-to-reach communities
- Experience in TB, HIV, public health, or NGO programmes is an added advantage
