Rise to Inspire Africa Initiative is a youth-led, impact-driven, result-oriented, non-profit and non-governmental organization that is committed to alleviating the sufferings of the vulnerable and most marginalized people in sub-Saharan Africa. The organization aims to bring about positive changes and to inspire the victims of armed conflicts and natural disasters, especially women and children, to attain self-reliance and sufficiency while providing access to equal opportunities through advocacy, collaborative networking, capacity building and empowerment. We seek to enhance the ability of our clients to make integrated and right decisions through the many and varied programs that will help them physically, psychologically, and intellectually grow and thrive.
RIA Initiative hereby invites qualified and interested vendors to submit tenders for the renovation of a 35 SQM Women and Girls Safe Space in Monguno, and the supply and installation of solar panels and related materials, in order to support sustainability efforts, reduce energy costs, and ensure uninterrupted access to electricity.

2. Please review the table below for the required components of all proposal submissions. Evaluators will neither make assumptions nor draw inferences regarding missing or incomplete information. The submission of incomplete information could result in the rejection of the proposal.

| 7 | Evidence of past performance of similar projects including contracting entity (NGO, Government, etc.), from at least 2 clients; include a copy of the approved purchase order(s), contracts and evidence of completion that is, company’s signed delivery notes of similar job(s) done within the last 2 years. |

- The purchaser shall have the right to request explanations from the prospective supplier(s) on any matter that requires clarification on.
- The purchaser shall have the right to discard vendors’ profiles that do not follow the aforementioned.
- The Purchaser (RIA) does not bind itself to accept the lower quotes or any proposal.
(C) Cost of Bidding
The Bidder shall be responsible for all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its bid, and RIA hereinafter referred to as “the Purchaser”, will in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the bidding process.
(D) Submission of Proposal

The title/subject of your email enquiry must be “RFQ for the renovation of women safe space and Supply of materials”.
PLEASE NOTE:
The closing date for submission of applications in response to this Request is May 9 2025. Any proposal received by RIA after the deadline for submission stated herein shall be disqualified.
- RIA is Value added tax (VAT) exempted but charges Withholding Tax (WHT) in compliance with Relevant Nigerian laws.
