(Provision of Internet Facility Services in Borno State)
Request for quotation (RFQ) for Provision of Internet Facility Services and Communication allowance for Project Staffs
Precious Pride and Great Work (PPGW), a humanitarian and developmental non-governmental organization, invites all qualified and interested service providers to submit their Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the provision of internet facility services and communication to support its ongoing operations and projects.
This RFQ is intended to secure competitive proposals to select service providers for a fixed-price Master Purchase Agreement (MPA) for the provision of reliable, high-speed internet services for PPGW office in Maiduguri, Borno State.
Scope of Work
The service provider will be required to:
- Provide stable and high-speed internet connectivity (minimum 20 Mbps download and upload speed).
- Ensure 99.9% uptime and reliability with backup services during outages.
- Provide technical support and maintenance, including on-site support when necessary.
- Offer scalable packages to accommodate increased bandwidth requirements.
- Provide communication allowance for project staffs.
Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
All suppliers are required to fill out the table below to provide their price quotations for the specified services and items:

Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders must meet the following requirements:
- Be domiciled in Nigeria and comply with all relevant government regulations.
- Provide a valid certificate of registration and operating license for the current fiscal year.
- Not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices.
Submission Requirements
The submitted RFQ must include:
- Expression of Interest letter.
- Company profile, including evidence of similar projects.
- Technical proposal, including specifications of the internet service to be provided.
- Financial proposal with a detailed breakdown of costs (inclusive of installation and maintenance).
- Valid certificate of registration and license.
- Bank details for payment processing.
- Three references from previous clients or partners.
Submission Process
All submissions must be made electronically via email to [email protected] no later than Monday, 23rd December 2024. Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered.
Clarifications
Requests for clarification can be sent to [email protected] no later than 20th December 2024. Responses will be provided to all prospective bidders no later than 23rd December 2024.
Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on:
- Technical capability and service quality.
- Cost-effectiveness and value for money.
- Track record of successful service delivery.
