PRECIOUS PRIDE AND GREAT WORK REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) PPGW/NG/NFI/2024/RFQ/004
(Provision of Catering Services for PPGW Kitchen and Refreshments/Meals During Trainings)
Precious Pride and Great Work (PPGW), a humanitarian and developmental non-governmental organization, invites qualified and experienced catering service providers to submit their quotations for the provision of catering services to support the PPGW kitchen and deliver meals/refreshments during training sessions in Maiduguri, Borno State.
This RFQ aims to establish a competitive agreement for the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective catering services to PPGW.
Scope of Work
The selected catering service provider will be responsible for:
- Preparing and delivering high-quality meals and refreshments for staff and training participants.
- Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards in meal preparation and delivery.
- Offering flexible menus, including vegetarian and culturally appropriate meal options.
- Ensuring timely delivery of meals to the designated locations.
Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
All service providers are required to fill out the table below, specifying their price quotations for the described services:

Eligibility Criteria
Interested service providers must meet the following requirements:
- Be domiciled in Nigeria and comply with all relevant government regulations.
- Provide a valid certificate of registration for the current fiscal year.
- Demonstrate experience in providing similar catering services (include references).
- Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards.
- Have the capacity to deliver meals promptly and efficiently.
Submission Requirements
Quotations must include the following:
- A formal Quotation Letter with a detailed cost breakdown (using the BOQ format above).
- Company profile, including evidence of previous catering projects.
- Valid certificate of registration.
- Menu options (including culturally appropriate meals).
- Bank details for payment processing.
- Three references from previous clients or partners.
Submission Process
All submissions must be made electronically via email to [email protected] no later than Monday, 23rd December 2024. Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered.
Clarifications
Requests for clarification can be sent to [email protected] no later than 20th December 2024. Responses will be provided to all prospective bidders by 23rd December 2024.
Evaluation Criteria
Quotations will be evaluated based on:
- Cost-effectiveness and value for money.
- Quality and variety of menu options.
- Demonstrated experience and track record.
- Capacity to meet delivery timelines.
