Introduction

Hope for Street Children and Vulnerable People (HOPLE), in partnership with IOM and with the funding support from USAID, is currently implementing a project aims to address the Recent flooding in Yobe state has caused extensive devastation, particularly in the local government areas (LGAs) of Tarmuwa, Karasuwa, Nangere, and Fika. This disaster has displaced thousands of residents and left many without access to necessities, such as food, clean water, hygiene supplies, dignity kits, and secured shelter. The floods have significantly increased the risk of waterborne diseases, poor sanitation, and hygiene-related illnesses. Additionally, the absence of proper protection measures has left women, children, and other at-risk groups particularly vulnerable to exploitation and abuse.

Scope of Work

Under this request for quotation, Vendor are Invited to bid for rehabilitation of 6 handpumps. This bid includes the procurement of materials, labor, and tools needed to construct or assemble these portable hand cases. The detailed information regarding requirements for this bid are as follows below:

1. Compliance with the provided scope of work.
2. Cost-effectiveness.
3. Quality of materials and production.
4. Ability to meet the specified deadlines.

Both parties shall operate under the provisions of Accountability, learning and planning Systems for this programme.
