The Organization is involved in community development, capacity building, economic empowerment, social counseling, social mobilization, raising awareness/ education on health and conflict resolution/peace building initiatives.
Purpose of this Request for Quotation.
CESDI seeks quotation from eligible and interested vendors for the supply of NFIs for the Implementation of CESDI RRF project in Katsina State.
Scope of Work
The requested services involve the design, printing, and delivery of IEC materials as detailed below:

Quotation
The quoted price must be a fixed price, including delivery and all other costs, must be presented in Nigeria Naira, valid for fourteen (14) calendar days after the offer deadline.
RFQ requirements for qualification.
The Bidder must submit alongside the price quotation the following.
- Registration Requirement (CAC, TIN, Tax Certificate,)
- Price Quotation on company letterhead paper (with a detailed Specifications of the laptops and pictures)

This is a Request for Quotations only. Issuance of this expression of interest does not in any way obligate CESDI to enter into a contractual agreement with any bidding organization.
Selection/Qualification criteria
Qualified Vendor will be selected based on
- Meeting the technical specification and quality of product
- Price reasonability
- Payment terms, CESDI reserves the right to:
- Accept the whole, or part only, of any submission
- Accept none of the Quotations
- Republish this Request for quotation if suitable providers cannot be selected.
CESDI may award multiple services to a single or different service provider and all contracts will be non- exclusive.
