1. Introduction
Bridge of Women Development Initiative (BOWDI) is a non-governmental organization working to promote the empowerment and well-being of women and vulnerable populations in Borno State and beyond. BOWDI invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the provision of vehicle hire services (Saloon cars and SUVs) to support its operations in Gwoza, Pulka, and Bama, Borno State.
2. Vehicle Hire Requirements

3. Quotation Requirements
Interested suppliers must include the following in their quotation:
- Detailed pricing for each item, including unit price and total cost (in Nigerian Naira).
- Availability of vehicles (fleet size, condition, and year of manufacture preferred).
- Insurance status of vehicles and safety compliance.
- Payment terms and conditions (after delivery preferred).
- Valid registration documents of the supplier (CAC, TIN, etc.).
4. Submission of Quotation
Proposals can be submitted in either of the following ways:

- Hard Copy: Deliver to BOWDI Office, Beside Nanne and Boi Hotel Circular Road Maiduguri, Borno State
5. Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Competitive pricing and cost-effectiveness.
- Compliance with item specifications and requirements.
- Reliability of vehicles (safety, insurance, and condition).
- Vendor’s past performance and capacity to deliver.
