ORGANIZATIONAL OVERVIEW  

Debbie Kauna Foundation (DKF) is a national women-led non-governmental organization in Nigeria dedicated to advancing the rights and opportunities of persons with disabilities, with a special focus on women and girls. DKF operates with a clear mission to educate, empower, and train Nigerians with disabilities, aiming to improve their quality of life and ensure they enjoy optimal health. The organization’s vision extends beyond individual support, aspiring to create a society where Nigerians with disabilities have equal opportunities in all aspects of life, including education, employment, and healthcare. The organization is driven by a deep compassion for those affected by conflict in Nigeria and aims to address the challenges facing this vulnerable population.

 Debbie Kauna Foundation invites qualified Suppliers to submit a price quotation for the following items in accordance with the requirements detailed below.  You may use your company format, or fill up the table below. Please read the instruction carefully.

Evaluation Criteria

The evaluation of the quotations will be based on the following criteria:

1. Compliance with specifications
2. Price competitiveness
3. Warranty and support services
4. Delivery time
5. Vendor’s reputation and experience Terms and Conditions as per DKF’s Policy 
6. Kindly sign and Stamp on all Pages of the RFQ
7. Payment terms: Payment will be made within 2 weeks after delivery and acceptance of goods
8. All responses to this RFQ will be treated as confidential.
9. DKF reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations.
10. The selected vendor will enter into a contract with DKF under the terms outlined in this RFQ and any subsequent negotiations.
11. Bidders shall adhere to all the requirements of this RFQ, including any amendments made inwriting by DKF. This RFQ is conducted in accordance with the DKF Procurement Policies.
12. Any Bid submitted will be regarded as an offer by the Bidder and does not constitute or imply the acceptance of the Bid by DKF.
13. DKF is under no obligation to award a contract to any Bidder as a result of this RFQ. DKF shall not be responsible for any costs associated with a Supplier’s preparation and
14. submission of a quotation, regardless of the outcome or the manner of conducting the selection process
15. DKF enforces a 5% withholding tax deduction on the total contractual sum. DKF reserves the right to validate documentation accuracy. Inquiries or clarifications on tax matters should be communicated before the RFQ submission deadline. Participation implies vendor agreement to the outlined withholding tax and VAT exemption policies
16. Language in which Quotation will be submitted must be in English.
17. No price variation due to escalation, inflation, fluctuation in exchange rates, or any other market factors shall be accepted at any time during the validity of the quotation after the quotation has been received.
