NCA has a presence in Nigeria to respond to the Humanitarian crisis in Northeast Nigeria. NCA has its core competencies in Gender Based Violence and Water Sanitation and Hygiene. NCA has its strengths in works and invest in local partners and ensures their capacities are built from the onset of response, to enable them to have the capacity to respond in a long-term intervention including recovery and development.
Scope of Service
All equipment on the BOQ will be used to optimise (3 locations) the discharge with a flow of 5 to 10 cubic metres with a head of 120 metres. The Grunforce pump of this power operates on AC, hence the purchase of an inverter to convert the DC into AC. The number and quality of the panels and cables have been dimensioned in such a way that during the operating hours, (sun peaks hours) there is enough energy to run the pumps. For each pump it will be added two standpipe with 6 taps heads each, in addition to those existing. Flow test is highly recommended for proper sizing.
Mandatory Requirements
· Proof of company registration to operate in Nigeria (Cooperate Affairs Commission, CAC)
· Valid and functional company Tax Identification Number, TIN
· Presence in Maiduguri, Borno State.
Experience in similar activities in the past especially with I/NGOs
