- FSLA FACILITATORS
Location: Charanchi, Mani, and Katsina LGAs of Katsina State
Main Purpose:
- Community Mobilization: Sensitize community members on the VSLA model and identify potential group members.
- Group Formation: Support the formation of new VSLA groups following standard criteria and procedures.
- Capacity Building: Train VSLA members on savings, loans, record-keeping, group management, and financial literacy using approved training modules.
Position Requirement:
- Minimum of an ND/NCE (Diploma) in Social Sciences, Community Development, or related field.
- Previous experience working with community-based savings groups or cooperative structures. Good facilitation and training skills. Must be a resident of Katsina State and familiar with the local communities.
- Proficiency in Hausa will be an added advantage.
