ANRML started its foray into Mining with the acquisition of Mining Lease in Kaduna State. Subsequently ANRML has also acquired multiple Mining and Exploration licenses in various minerals in over 15 sites and exploration activities are being carried out.

About the Role
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, measurement, billing, and contract administration to ensure effective cost control and timely execution of project works.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
Measure and certify contractor bills (RA / final bills)
Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations
Prepare and verify rate analysis and extra item claims
Assist in tendering, comparison, and contract finalization
Maintain measurement books and related documentation
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants
Support cost control and reporting to management
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should possess a Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying with 3–6years of relevant experience in construction / infrastructure / mining projects
Experience in billing, estimation, and contract management.
