Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field implementation of Integrated Registries (Workstream 2), ensuring workforce and facility data are current, accurate, and linked to functional facilities across all LGAs.
- Maintain and update the state health workforce database, capturing salaried staff, BHCPF-funded staff, contract workers, and volunteers.
- Coordinate rollout and routine use of the Facility Functionality Monitoring System, ensuring timely reporting, accurate scoring, and validation.
- Maintain activity trackers, master lists, issue logs, and data-validation schedules, providing regular operational updates to the Senior Program Manager.
- Support integration of workforce and facility data with biometric attendance, productivity tracking (Workstream 1), and HRHMIS systems, ensuring aligned data flows and unique identifiers.
- Participate in data cleaning and validation, reconciling discrepancies across registers,
rosters, facility lists, and mobile submissions.
- Support training of facility focal persons, LGA officers, and state teams on roster updates, mobile reporting, SOPs, and data-quality standards.
- Coordinate LGA and state-level monthly data review meetings, including materials preparation, documentation of decisions, and follow-up on corrections.
- Support federal interoperability efforts by validating facility identifiers, testing minimum dataset standards, and preparing structured inputs for NHFR/NHWR updates.
- Conduct follow-up support to facilities with declining functionality scores or persistent data inaccuracies, providing corrective coaching.
- Contribute operational inputs to quarterly learning exchanges, case studies, tools, and documentation products under Workstream 2.
- Synthesize field observations into weekly operational briefs highlighting registry gaps, data-quality trends, and system performance opportunities.
- Promote adoption and ownership of Integrated Registry tools by supporting facility and LGA teams to use data for planning, supervision, and workforce management.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Digital Health, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in health systems strengthening, digital health, public- sector reform, or donor-funded programs.
- Proven experience managing workforce registries, facility databases, or integrated health information systems.
