Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology or construction management, IT skills in MS Project and Autocad
- 2-3 years’ experience in rehabilitation or construction of WASH facilities, ability to oversee building rehabilitation/construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Experience in preparation of Bill of Quantities.
- Experience in managing small-scale works procurement including preparation of technical specifications.
