Key Responsibilities
- Support coordination of workforce and facility registry updates across all LGAs, maintaining organized tracking tools and datasets.
- Update and manage workplans, milestone trackers, and IR activity logs to align with integrated systems rollout.
- Record minutes for facility functionality trainings, LGA review forums, and state-level data governance sessions.
- Conduct monthly follow-ups with facility focal persons to ensure complete and accurate submission of functionality reports, roster updates, and verification documents.
- Organize field verification visits, preparing checklists, compiling observations, and tracking issues raised during supervision.
- Assist the Project Officer in reconciling discrepancies in workforce rosters, facility lists, and monthly reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly operational summaries and contribute to quarterly learning exchanges and documentation products.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination, field support, or registry management.
