Key Responsibilities

  • Support operational rollout of shift-based productivity tracking across PHC facilities.
  • Maintain updated workplans, training schedules, and monitoring calendars for facility visits, LGA reviews, and statewide milestones.
  • Record minutes for daily facility engagements, weekly LGA review meetings, and monthly state-level governance forums, capturing decisions and follow-ups.
  • Assist the Project Officer in managing tools and templates for daily patient counts, roster updates, and dashboard use.
  • Follow up with facility focal persons and LGA teams to ensure timely submission of shift counts, verification sheets, and post-training feedback.
  • Prepare weekly summaries on field observations, data-quality issues, and facility performance trends.
  • Support coordination of learning agenda activities, including arranging interviews, documentation sessions, and field validation exercises.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Information Systems, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination, field support, or program administration.
