Job Title: Programs Lead
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Description

- Africa Agility is looking for a Programs Manager/Lead to join our organization and oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of various programs.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Education, Administration or equivalent preferred
- Proven work experience in program management or as an associate program manager
- 3+ years’ experience managing edtech and learning programs
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master and Product Owner in an agile or edtech company.
- Certified Product Owner and/or Project Management Professional or similar certifications.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum values, practices, and frameworks, with the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Salary
N200,000 / Month
