Job Description
Are you passionate about designing impactful programs and working closely with communities? Join us as the Program and Community Outreach Manager, where you will play a key role in implementing transformative initiatives and building strong relationships with the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and monitor programs that align with the NGO’s mission and SDG targets.
- Engage with local communities to identify needs and ensure inclusive participation in programs.
- Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to ensure program success.
- Prepare reports and case studies showcasing program impact.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Education, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in program management or community engagement. Strong communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with SDG-related projects is an added advantage.
Salary Range: N250,000 – N350,000
